Spark plugs
What kind should I get...and give me a simple writeup how to change em..im due and too lazy to google em

I also was recommended to put those Champions in my '96 - will see if I get decent mileage out of it with them before I 'invest' in anything exotic. The only other motorized device I've ever put Champions in is my lawn mower.

Factory was champions, so I would believe you will be ok . thats just like running anything but delco's in a gm product.

"Exotic" plugs like splitfire are no better then a standard plug. Unless you're running a high end ignition the spark isn't as hot because its split. Also it is good to have the area around the spark open for the best combustion. A properly indexed standard plug will work very well. Different materials like iridium effect the longevity.

Wasn't talking about heat range. That's refers to how much heat is dissipated by the insulator or held in. I understand that hotter plugs burn off more carbon but too hot will cause pre-ignition. I'm talking about the voltage of a single spark vs multiple sparks. The splits do not help combustion. I think we are in agreement there.

The Bosch's i used had only one electrode. Also, i do have a performance ignition.
