Coil-Over Shocks

My rear leafs are badly sagged. I just picked up some coil over load helper shocks. Will these help to level the back end out?

They will for a while but since they aren't really meant to fix sagging suspension so they may eventually sag too.

They are made to be an overload spring so not really.
