I have the ORO-U turn with the steering stabilizer works great but will not work with stock rims.. they REQUIRED me to buy 3.75 back spaced rims.. which I didnt know about until I put the old rims back on and it would not roll
But I love it and recommend it 110%.. the ORO U-Turn that is..
below are the only pics I have right now.. sorry

yup.. not cheap though.. figured with all the other stuff I did I didnt want a weak link in the system.. still more to do on that.. dorango steering box and reinforce the frame..

dont remember how much I spent.. it was factory direct though.. talked to the owner of the company.. always buy from the source if you can help it.. ask him when he is having a sale and what the sale price is.. they have em on the shelf and 10% less in his pocket is better than $ on his shelf.. know what I mean?

thats cool.. the plates that move where the steering attaches to the wheels was a big +. I can fab but for the $ I thought it was worth it. There are some places to not skimp.. steaks.. women.. Jeeps.. LOL BTW~ the stabilizer is an added 125 +/-.. did you see my signature?!
and that was before I found out that my wife is pregnant with our first.
Going out to the garage now.. wife has girls night here.. so its man-cave 4 me..
Good luck
