I have a 92 xj 4x4 with a 4.0, the jeep runs great but I seem to lose about a quart of oil per week. I have no leaks. Any advice is appriciated.

Blowby would be crankcase pressure and would have oiled up your air filter.

Your symptom is like leaky valve stem seals but they don't cause a large amount of oil consumption like you're claiming.

Blow-by occurs when the explosion that occurs in your engine's combustion chamber causes fuel, air and moisture to be forced past the rings into the crankcase. Your engine's rings must maintain an excellent fit in order to contain the pressure.
The causes of blow-by: wear, soot and deposits

As rings and cylinder liners wear away they are less capable of maintaining this seal. Consequently as a car ages the amount of blow-by that occurs can increase.
Soot and deposits left over from incomplete combustion that collect on the rings can also inhibit their seal worsening blow-by.

But the easiest way to think about it is that it is "worn out"

Not always in the oil filter. My last engine spit the oil out of the dip stick tube. Crank Case Pressure is correct but the pressure is going to get out the fastest way possible.

You're sure there's no leaks?

A leakdown test would determine where the oil is going. Valve stem seals are pretty easy to do right in the Jeep.
