Default 3" Zone lift

Hi All,

Really hoping to get a good hit on this thread. I was talking with my (somewhat) local off road shop, and they recommended the Zone 3" lift. I was hoping you guys could post some picks with that kit, and 31's or 30's. Mainly trying to see what the different tire size looks like with that lift. No RC 3" lift please, looking specifically for Zone lifts.

Please post as many as possible. Already did the google search, not enough stating the tire size though.

Thanks All!

Thanks guys, they look good.

Did either of you guys add any spacers or is it just the lift? Are you guys happy with it?

I don't want to trim the finders. I want to keep it looking the same, but I don't want the tires filling up the entire wheel well. I want it to actually look lifted?

I actually ended up with over 3" of lift I can't recall how much I ended up with but I didn't have to trim at all

3" is noticeable. Brand doesnt matter that much as far as looks everyone has some variances. Be prepared for a very stiff front suspension unless you have quite a bit of weight up there. The Zone 3" coils are rated at 240lbs/in and factory is 150ish. With no added weight they gave about 3.5" of lift. This was Zone 3" with AAL and the nitro shocks. 31x10.5 Uniroyal Laredo ATs.

I wouldnt buy this kit again.

3in zone up front. I'm running IRO rear spring out back and boomerang shackles. Because I had problems with my stock springs.

Great, thanks guys! Keep the pictures coming!

That is the first slightly bad thing I've heard about the kit. Does anyone else feel the same way about it being stiff up front?

It still sits level though, right? I don't want any reverse rake.

I think mine are on the soft side. I got 3 1/4in of lift out front and 3.5 in the rear when I was running the aal before I switched to the IRO rear springs.
It sat pretty even maybe a touch high in the rear.

watching this thread closely, also getting ready to purchase the zone 3" full leaf pack with a steering stabilizer. Are you looking at the stock shocks or going with the Nitro's?

I would probably go with the Nitro's since they don't cost that much more, and I hear good things about them.

I was originally thinking about going with the 3.5 rubicon express lift, and I think I might stay that route. It's a little bit more money, but I haven't heard one bad thing about it. I'll have to get an SYE and new drive shaft, but I want it to be done right the first time. There are like 50% of people saying a tcase drop will work and 50% saying its a band aid, and to go with the SYE, so i think I'll just do it right the first time around and get an SYE and driveshaft.

Wish I was getting more hits on this so I can get a real good idea of what it looks like, but the hits just aren't coming.
